The operational mind
Make every moving part work together.
From cleaner readiness and sensible scheduling to consistent service standards, the operational side turns a promise into something people can rely on.

The makeitneat story
makeitneat began when two brothers compared the same frustration: finding dependable home cleaning took more time, messages and uncertainty than it should. They decided to build a better way.
01 — The beginning
The brothers saw that the hardest part of home cleaning was often not the clean itself. It was everything around it: chasing availability, unclear expectations, changing prices and not knowing who to call when plans moved.
One brought an instinct for operations—how people, schedules and standards come together. The other focused on the customer experience—how a service can feel calm, intuitive and human from the first tap. makeitneat grew from the space where those two perspectives met.
Their ambition was never simply to put a booking form online. It was to create a service people could return to with confidence: one that respects the home, values the professionals doing the work and keeps customers informed all the way through.
The operational mind
From cleaner readiness and sensible scheduling to consistent service standards, the operational side turns a promise into something people can rely on.
The experience mind
From plain-language choices to responsive support, the experience side removes friction and makes professional care feel approachable.
02 — Our direction
Our mission
We bring the essential decisions into one place and support the people on both sides of every booking.
Our vision
We want makeitneat to become the familiar, trusted connection between households and respected cleaning professionals.
03 — Our principles
These ideas guide product decisions, customer conversations and the way each appointment is prepared.
A home is personal. We arrive prepared, work carefully and treat every room with consideration.
Good service should never leave people guessing. We make the next action, price and timing visible.
The finishing touches often shape the whole experience, so thoughtfulness is part of the work.
Technology should shorten the distance between people, not replace genuine human help.
04 — The road ahead
As makeitneat reaches more homes, the goal is not growth at any cost. It is a stronger network, better tools for cleaning professionals and an experience that still feels attentive to one household at a time.
